Project Overview

Utica Place Tower is a classic infill redevelopment designed to provide a mixed use development containing office space and condominium dwellings; single family detached dwellings are planned for future expansion. The project captures the spirit of urban midtown vitality and diversity, and incorporates the concept of “smart growth” within the context of the Utica Square Shopping Center and the St. Johns Medical Center.

Throughout Utica Place, a Mediterranean architectural theme is maintained and includes stucco and stone exterior as well as roofs in a blend of terra cotta clay tile. The recently completed nine-story Tower includes five floors and 50,000 square feet of office space, and ten penthouse residences atop the offices. More office space is provided on the southeast corner of the development in the form of a two-story residential style office building. Single family dwellings are planned for the southwest portion of the development and will include nine courtyard villas.

Each residence within Utica Place has its own unique floor plan with opportunities for individual design decisions and is planned with design emphasis on courtyards, secured privacy and excellent views. Ground level areas are extensively landscaped and provide an attractive streetscape.
