Project Overview

The waterfront residence of Applehead Island was designed around a series of existing large Oak trees, creating a series of courtyards and tree wells, which can be viewed from various locations inside and outside of the house.

The lake level includes two covered boat slips, an outdoor kitchen and pool area along with a game room. The primary living space is planned around several courtyards which capture views of Lake LBJ. Expansive glass, retractable glass corner walls, natural stone, and interior and exterior wood create an inviting, contemporary home.
