Project Overview

Located in one of Dallas’s most established neighborhoods, the contemporary design of the Eastus House is a natural fit with the eclectic architecture of the area. The modern design provides generous living spaces, focused around a central private courtyard and pool area intended as an extension of the interior spaces. Materials such as dark veneers, wood floors, stone tile, and interior masonry complement the surrounding landscape and clean roof lines.
