Project Overview

The Oak Knoll residence is a complete renovation of a 1950’s mid-century ranch style home located in the Kessler Park area of Dallas, TX. Project scope included a reorganization of the interior spaces, resulting in intriguing site lines created by using a 20 degree angle to capture views of the exterior into the center of the house. The design respects the traditions of a mid-century ranch, while using modern forms, materials and textures to create impactful, yet warm spaces.
