Project Overview

The Petal Street Loft project involved the transformation of a utilitarian warehouse space located within a commercial building in a Dallas industrial park. The objective was to create a sophisticated ‘loft retreat’ to be utilized for entertaining and serve as a self-contained apartment.

Natural light is brought into the space by using a commercial glazing system surrounding an existing warehouse dock door opening. Stainless steel, polished concrete, glass tile, and expansive natural limestone walls give this warehouse comfort, style and texture. The kitchen features a full array of commercial fixtures and appliances, with a stainless steel working-eating island.
